Entry costs

Entries for the Creative Review Photography Annual are now closed. If you would like to speak to someone with regard to the entry process for next year please email enquiries@crphotoannual.co.uk

How much does it cost to enter?
Single Entry (1 piece of work): £50 + UK VAT per entry
Series Entry (2-6 related pieces of work): £70 + UK VAT per entry

How can I make payment?
There are three ways to pay: credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.

Credit/Debit Card
These payments can be made online at the time of entry. In addition to your entry confirmation email containing your submission details, you will receive a second email confirming payment; this should be retained as your VAT receipt. No other receipt will be issued.

Bank Transfer/Cheque
After submitting your entry/ies all entrants receive an automated email confirmation from the website, containing full details of your submission and instructions for paying via bank transfer or cheque.

Unfortunately we are not able to invoice for entries, however, you will find a pro-forma invoice included in the email confirmation received upon submission of your entries. VAT receipts for bank transfers or cheque payments will be posted to the entrant upon receipt of payment.

Multiple entries can be paid for by one credit/debit card transaction, cheque or bank transfer.

IMPORTANT By submitting your entry/ies you confirm that you have read and agree with the Rules of Entry.

Why do I have to pay to enter?

The Creative Review Photography Annual is an awards scheme. In common with virtually all other creative industry awards schemes around the world, there is a fee to enter. We charge this fee because running and producing The Photography Annual involves considerable costs to Creative Review in administration, production, paper, printing and so on. Each year we compare our entry fees to others in the creative industry to ensure that we set our fees at a comparable level. In fact, fees to The Photography Annual are amongst the lowest in the industry.

Can I withdraw my submission at any point?

Any entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until 5.30pm on Tuesday 14 August 2012 upon written request to the organiser; however once submitted the entry fee is non-refundable. Payments must be cleared by Tuesday 14 August 2012. Once payment has been received your entry/ies will be passed to the judges for review.

When entries are submitted on behalf of clients by agencies or other parties, Creative Review will assume client approval has been secured by the entering agency. If any issues arise concerning client sign-off once the entry has been submitted, no refund will be given.
